耳穴疗法结合社区干预对高血压病的防治价值

Auricular Acupoint Therapy Combined with Community Intervention on Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension

目的探究耳穴疗法结合社区干预方法对于高血压病的防治价值。方法选取本院收治的200例高血压病患者作为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,各50例。A组仅进行健康宣教,B组单纯进行耳穴贴压以及耳尖放血,C组采取用药干预,D组采取用药干预结合耳穴贴压、耳尖放血。持续1年后进行问卷调查结合治疗效果分析。结果经过治疗后患者血压值均得到有效地改善(P <0.05)。D组治疗后血压值降低幅度最大,显著高于其他3组(P <0.05)。治疗后4组患者对高血压疾病的知晓率、控制率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且以D组的提高幅度最大。结论生活干预、规范对高血压药物的应用联合结合耳穴疗法可显著提高高血压病的防治效果。

Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of auricular acupoint therapy combined with community intervention in the prevention and treatment of hypertension. Methods A total of 200 patients with community hypertension in the surrounding community of this hospital were selected as study subjects. Patients were divided into four groups A,B,C,and D by randomized distribution,and 50 patients in each group.Group A were given community intervention,group B were given auricular acupoint therapy,group C were given medicine,and group D were given medicine combined with auricular acupoint therapy. After 1-year intervention,patients were investigate by questionnaire and treatment effect were analyzed. Results After treatment,the blood pressure of patients was effectively improved(P<0.05). The blood pressure decreased significantly after treatment in group D,which was significantly higher than that in the other three groups(P<0.05). After treatment,the awareness rate and control rate of blood pressure in the four groups were significantly different(P<0.05),and the greatest increase was observed in group D. Conclusion Life intervention,standardized application of hypertension drugs combined with auricular point therapy can significantly improve the efficacy of prevention and treatment of hypertension.
