坤泰胶囊联合盆底康复治疗围绝经期妇女压力性尿失禁的临床研究

Clinical Study of Kuntai Capsule Combined Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Treatment of Perimenopausal Women with Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的观察坤泰胶囊联合盆底康复治疗围绝经期妇女压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的80例尿失禁围绝经期患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组根据广州杉山PHENIXUSB4内置方案(压力性尿失禁方案)治疗,40~60 min/次,2次/周,6周为一疗程。观察组在对照组的基础上配合坤泰胶囊口服,3次/d,4粒/次,直至疗程结束。治疗前后分别进行问卷调查、1 h尿垫试验、排尿日记、盆底肌纤维肌力检测及围绝经期Kupperman评分对比。结果治疗后,观察组尿失禁治愈率92.5%,显著高于对照组(77.5%,P <0.05);观察组盆底肌力与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组Kupperman评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论口服坤泰胶囊联合盆底康复治疗围绝经期妇女压力性尿失禁,效果优于单纯盆底康复,并可有效改善患者其它围绝经期症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kuntai capsule combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation on stress urinary incontinence in perimenopausal women. Methods A total of 80 patients with perimenopausal urinary incontinence treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases each.The control group was treated according to the PHENIX USB4(stress urinary incontinence protocol),40~60 min each time,twice a week,6 weeks for a course of treatment.The observation group was administered orally with Kuntai capsule on the basis of the control group,3 times a day,4 capsules each time,until the end of the treatment course.Before and after treatment,questionnaire survey,1 h urine pad test,micturition diary,muscle strength test of pelvic floor muscle fiber and Kupperman score of perimenopausal period were compared. ResultsAfter treatment,the cure rate of urinary incontinence in the observation group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.5%,P<0.05).The pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Kupperman score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Oral kuntai capsule with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy for stress urinary incontinence in perimenopausal women has better effect than pelvic floor rehabilitation,which could improve the patients’ symptoms of the menopausal transition.
