不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并高脂血症的临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Different Doses of Simvastatin in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia

目的分析评价不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并高脂血症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取本院收治的88例老年高血压合并高脂血症患者作为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分为两组。观察组给予小剂量(20 mg/d)的辛伐他汀,对照组给予大剂量(40 mg/d)的辛伐他汀,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组治疗总有效率显著优于观察组(P <0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论针对老年高血压合并高脂血症患者,采取大剂量辛伐他汀的疗效优于小剂量,且安全性高。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of different doses of simvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups according to random numerical method. Group A was given small dose(20 mg/d)of octanvastatin and group B was given high dose(40 mg/d)of octanvastatin. The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of group B was better than that of group A(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion For the elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipemia,the curative effect of high dose of octanvastatin is better than that of low dose with high safety.
