摘要 糖尿病性骨质疏松是临床上常见的糖尿病并发症,主要以骨脆性增加、单位体积骨量减少和骨折风险增高为特点的代谢性骨病。糖尿病性骨质疏松的发病机制复杂,进展较慢,早期临床症状不明显,致使患者在病情早期不能接受及时有效地治疗,随着病情的不断发展,会对患者带来严重影响。为了研制有效治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松的方法,需对糖尿病性骨质疏松的发病机制有足够的了解,确定骨质疏松与糖尿病之间的关联。本文主要从高血糖、胰岛素、微血管病变和激素水平等方面对糖尿病性骨质疏松发病机制进行综述。 Diabetic osteoporosis is a common clinical complication of diabetes mellitus. It is a metabolic bone disease characterized by increased bone fragility,decreased bone volume per unit volume and increased risk of fracture. The pathogenesis of diabetic osteoporosis is complicated,the progress is slow,the early clinical symptoms are not obvious,so the patients can not receive timely and effective treatment in the early stage of the disease. With the development of the disease,it will bring serious influence to the patients. In order to develop an effective method for that treatment of diabetic osteoporosis,it is necessary to have a sufficient understanding of the pathogenesis of diabetic osteoporosis and to determine the association between osteoporosis and diabetes. This article reviews the pathogenesis of diabetic osteoporosis from the aspects of hyperglycemia,insulin,microangiopathy and hormone levels,etc.
