纤维支气管镜辅助治疗重症呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果

Effect of Fibrobronchoscopy on Respiratory Respiratory Correlative Pneumonia

目的评价纤维支气管镜辅助治疗重症呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果及对呼吸力学的影响。方法选取本院收治的92例重症呼吸机相关性肺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组行常规灌洗+抗生素治疗;观察组在此基础上联合纤维支气管镜辅助治疗。比较两组疗效及呼吸力学指标。结果观察组总有效率为95.65%,显著高于对照组(71.74%,P <0.05);治疗后观察组呼吸力学显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜辅助治疗重症呼吸机相关性肺炎效果显著,能明显改善患者呼吸动力学。

Objective To evaluate the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of severe ventilatorassociated pneumonia(VAP). Methods A total of 92 patients with severe ventilator-associated pneumonia in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group 46 cases each. The control group was treated with routine lavage plus antibiotics. The observation group was treated with combined fiberoptic bronchoscopy on the basis of the control group. The curative effect and respiratory mechanics indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65% higher than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was(71.74%,P<0.05). The respiratory mechanics of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is effective in the treatment of severe ventilator-associated pneumonia,which can significantly improve the respiratory dynamics of patients.
