针对性护理干预在甲状腺切除术后患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Targeted Nursing Intervention in Patients after Thyroidectomy

目的研究针对性护理干预在甲状腺切除术后患者中的应用价值。方法选取本院收治的30例行甲状腺切除术患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。研究组给予针对性护理,对照组给予一般护理,比较两组临床护理效果。结果研究组患者护理总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组患者对护理总满意率100.00%,显著高于对照组(73.33%,P <0.05);研究组并发症的总发生率显著少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论结合患者的病情以及自身机体状况给予针对性护理,有利于降低患者术后并发症的发生率,提高护理质量。

Objective To study the application value of targeted nursing intervention in patients after thyroidectomy. Methods A total of 30 patients with thyroidectomy were selected and divided into two groups. The study group was given targeted nursing,and the control group was given convertional nursing. The clinical nursing value of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the study group was 100%,higher than that of the control group(73.33%,P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of patients after thyroidectomy,improve the quality of care.
