延续性护理干预在预防肿瘤患者化疗间歇期PICC留置导管相关性血流感染中的应用效果

Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention in Preventing PICC Related Blood Stream Infection in Cancer Patients during Chemotherapy Interval

目的观察应用延续性护理在预防肿瘤患者化疗间歇期PICC留置导管相关性血流感染的效果。方法选取本院收治的70例肿瘤化疗间歇期PICC置管患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组。分别予以常规护理和延续性护理,观察对比两组患者的自我护理能力、PICC导管相关性血流感染率、置管留置时间和维护间隔时间。结果研究组的自我护理能力、置管留置时间均显著高于对照组,且研究组的PICC导管相关性血流感染率和维护间隔时间均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论延续性护理干预在预防肿瘤患者化疗间歇期PICC留置导管相关性血流感染中的应用效果显著,可以有效降低PICC导管相关性血流感染率。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing on prevention of PICC catheter-related blood flow infection in cancer patients during chemotherapy interval. Methods A total of 70 patients with PICC were divided into control group and study group. They were given routine nursing care and sex nursing care respectively. The self-care ability and PICC catheter-related blood flow infection rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Indwelling time and maintenance interval of pipe placement. Results The self-care ability and indwelling time of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the infection rate and maintenance interval of PICC catheter in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in prevention of PICC catheter-related blood flow infection in tumor patients during chemotherapy interval is significant,and it can effectively reduce PICC catheter-related blood flow infection rate.
