摘要
目的研究护理质量评价应用在中医护理管理中的效果。方法选取本院的44例护理人员作为本次研究的主体,随机分为对照组和实验组。分别采用常规护理管理与中医护理管理,各22例。在实验组护理管理的基础上使用护理质量评价,对比两组护理管理实施前后的质量评分,分析患者对护理人员的满意程度。结果开展护理管理后,实验组的护理评分、患者满意度均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论中医护理管理中采用护理质量评价,能有效提高护理人员的功能能力,为患者提供更好的中医护理服务。
Objective To study the effect of nursing quality evaluation on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing management. Methods A total of 44 nurses from our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,and given conventional nursing management and TCM management,respectively. The quality score before and after the implementation of nursing management in the two groups was compared to analyze the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing. Results The nursing management quality score,and patient satisfaction were higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing management can effectively improve the functional ability of nurses and provide better nursing service for patients.
