神经内科护理对脑卒中康复的疗效观察

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Stroke in Nursing Department of Neurology

目的探讨康复护理在在脑卒中患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取本院神经内科收治的118例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各59例。对照组术后给予常规护理,实验组患者术后给予常规护理与康复护理相结合。比较两组治疗有效率、患者满意度、ADL评分和CSS评分。结果实验组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);实验组患者满意度显著高于对照组(P <0.05);护理后实验组ADL评分显著高于对照组,CSS评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论康复护理在脑卒中患者治疗中有较好的应用效果。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of stroke patients. MethodsTotally 118 patients with cerebral apoplexy admitted in our department of Neurology were selected as the research object. After asking for their consent,the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group was given routine nursing after operation. The patients in the experimental group were given the combination of routine nursing and rehabilitation nursing after operation to treat the patients. The efficacy of rehabilitation nursing,patient satisfaction,ADL score and CSS score were evaluated. Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The patient satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The ADL score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the CSS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing has a good effect in the treatment of stroke patients.
