PICC置管后发生疑似导管相关血流感染的护理

Nursing Care of Suspected Catheter Related Bloodstream Infection after PICC Catheterization

选取本院收治的1例高龄脑出血患者,实施PICC置管后出现了疑似导管相关血流感染,通过加强管道维护管理,全身抗感染联合抗生素封管,预防血栓生成,做好各项细节护理等,取得较好效果,患者疑似导管相关血流感染的情况得到控制,成功保留了PICC导管。

An elderly patient with cerebral hemorrhage was treat in our hospital,and a suspected catheterrelated blood stream infection appear after PICC was performed,and good results were obtained through strengthen pipeline maintenance management,systemic anti-infection combined with antibiotics sealing,preventing thrombus formation,and doing well in detail nursing,etc. The patient’s suspected catheter-related bloodstream infection was controlled and the PICC catheter was successfully retained.
