追踪管理法和品管圈活动对妇产科护理质量的持续改进作用

Applicaiton of Tracking Management and Quality Control Circle Activity in Continuous Improvement of Nursing Quality of Gynecology Department

目的分析追踪管理法和品管圈活动在妇产科护理质量持续改进中的作用。方法选取本院收治的86例妇产科患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理管理,实验组实施追踪管理法和品管圈活动。对比两组产妇焦虑、抑郁的情绪评分、查对制度评分、身份识别评分、危急值报告评分及孕产妇送产房时间评分。结果观察组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组产科查对制度执行评分、身份识别评分、危急值报告制度执行评分、孕产妇送产房及时评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论妇产科持续质量改进中应用追踪管理法和品管圈活动,可显著提高护理质量,使护理更规范化。

Objective To explore the role of tracking management method and management circle activity in the continuous improvement of nursing quality in obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods A total of 86 patients with obstetrics and gynecology were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group carried out routine nursing management,the experimental group carried out tracking management and quality control circle activities. The scores of anxiety,depression,check system,identification,critical value report and delivery time were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of obstetrical examination system,identity recognition system,critical value reporting system and delivery room were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of tracking management and quality control circle activities in the continuous quality improvement of obstetrics and gynecology can significantly improve the nursing quality and make the nursing more standardized.
