血浆置换及血液灌流治疗鱼胆中毒合并肝、肾功能衰竭的临床价值体会

Clinical Value of Plasma Exchange and Hemoperfusion in Treating Liver and Kidney Failure with Fish Poisoning

目的研究在鱼胆中毒合并肝、肾功能衰竭中采取血液灌流与血浆置换联合疗法的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的60例鱼胆中毒患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30例。观察统计两组鱼胆中毒患者治疗效果。结果实验组鱼胆中毒患者不良反应发生率、TBIL、AST、PTA、ALT等指标均显著优于参照组(P <0.05)。结论将血液灌流与血浆置换联合疗法应用在鱼胆中毒合并肝、肾功能衰竭中作用显著,值得应用。

Objective To study the liver associated with fish bile poisoning. The clinical effect of hemoperfusion combined with plasma exchange in renal failure. Methods A total of 60 patients with fish bile poisoning were selected.There were 30 cases in each group. The therapeutic effect of two groups of fish bile poisoning patients was observed and counted. Results The results showed that the incidence of adverse reactions of fish bile poisoning patients in the experimental group was higher than that of TBI AST PTA. ALT and other indexes were compared with the control group(P<0.05),the statistical difference was formed. Conclusion The combined therapy of hemoperfusion and plasma exchange is used in fish gallbladder poisoning. Combined liver and renal failure play a significant role,worthy of application.
