超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗高度近视并发白内障的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Phacoemulsification Combined with Intraocular Lens Implantation for High Myopia Complicated with Cataract

目的探讨高度近视并发白内障患者行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的50例高度近视并发白内障患者的临床资料,均给予超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果术前眼压为(27.31±2.33)mmHg,术后眼压为(13.13±4.66)mmHg,手术前后的眼压比较差异有统计学意义(t=21.943,P <0.05);治疗前患者的视力普遍在0.5以下,其中视力集中在0.3～0.5共计32例,视力> 0.5的患者人数11例,经治疗后多数患者的视力得到了明显改善,其中视力集中在0.3～0.5共计10例,视力> 0.5的患者人数为39例,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(χ~2=31.704,P <0.05)。结论对高度近视并发白内障患者行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗的临床疗效较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in patients with high myopia complicated with cataract. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with high myopia complicated with cataract were reviewed and analyzed. All of them were treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Results Preoperative intraocular pressure was(27.31±2.33)mm Hg and intraocular pressure was(13.13±4.66)mmHg after operation. The difference of intraocular pressure before and after operation was statistically significant(t=21.943,P<0.05). The visual acuity of the patients before treatment was generally less than 0.5,including 32 patients whose visual acuity was 0.3~0.5,11 patients whose visual acuity was more than 0.5,and 10 patients whose visual acuity was 0.3~0.5. The number of patients with visual acuity >0.5 was 39,and the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment(χ~2=31.704,P<0.05). Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is effective for patients with high myopia and cataract.
