椎体骨水泥注入联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗急性骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床观察

摘要 目的观察椎体骨水泥注入联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗急性骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效。方法选取134例急性骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各67例。实验组采用椎体骨水泥注入联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗,对照组进行保守治疗,观察两组患者的疗效。结果实验组患者治疗前、术后1周及3个月,椎体高度分别为43.36±12.45、22.28±11.45、22.14±10.56 mm,对照组分别为55.37±22.43、32.27±13.54、32.15±14.57 mm,实验组患者椎体高度恢复情况显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论采取椎体骨水泥注入联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗急性骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折效果优于保守治疗。 Objective To observe the effect of vertebral bone cement injection combined with anti-osteoporosis drugs in the treatment of acute osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods A total of 134 patients with acute osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,67 cases each. The experimental group was treated with vertebral bone cement injection combined with antiosteoporosis drugs,and the control group was treated with conservative therapy,given anti-osteoporosis drugs only. The curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results The height of vertebral body in experimental group was 43.36±12.45 mm before treatment,22.28±11.45 mm after 1 week,22.14±10.56 mm after 3 months,while those in the control group were 55.37±22.43 mm before treatment,32.27±13.54 mm after 1 week,32.15±14.57 mm after 3 months. The recovery of vertebral body height in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of acute osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,the effect of vertebral bone cement injection combined with anti-osteoporotic drugs is better than conservative treatment.
