脐针治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效

Effect of Umbilical Acupuncture in Treating Insomnia with Syndrome of Heart and Spleen Deficiency

目的研究脐针治疗心脾两虚型失眠的疗效。方法选取本院收治的60例心脾两虚型失眠患者,根据治疗方法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组采用口服地西泮治疗,治疗组采用脐针进行治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总好转率为93.1%,对照组为69.0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗1个月后随访,治疗组总好转率为89.7%,对照组为65.5%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论脐针治疗心脾两虚型失眠,可有效提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of umbilicus acupuncture on insomnia with syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency. Methods A total of 60 insomnia patients with syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the treatment method,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with diazepam orally and the treatment group was treated with umbilicus needle. The treatment effect was compared between two groups. Results The total improvement rate was 93.1% in treatment group and 69.0% in control group(P<0.05). The total improvement rate was 89.7% in the treatment group and 65.5% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Umbilical acupuncture on insomnia patients with syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency.
