人参联合蒙脱石散治疗反复发作性小儿腹泻的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Ginseng Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the reatment of Recurrent Infantile Diarrhea

目的研究分析反复发作性小儿腹泻患者采用人参联合蒙脱石散治疗的临床效果。方法选取沈阳陆军总医院收治的94例反复发作性小儿腹泻患者,按照不同治疗方案分为参照组和研究组,各47例。对照组给予单一蒙脱石散治疗,研究组予以人参联合蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果以及各治疗指标变化。结果研究组总有效率为93.62%,显著高于参照组(76.60%,P<0.05);研究组体温下降时间、大便性状恢复时间以及止泻时间均显著优于参照组(P <0.05)。结论对反复发作性小儿腹泻患者采用人参联合蒙脱石散治疗效果优异。

Objective To study the clinical effect of ginseng combined with montmorillonite powder in patients with recurrent infantile diarrhea. Methods A total of 94 children with recurrent diarrhea were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment schemes,each with 47 cases. The control group was given a single montmorillonite powder treatment,the study group was given ginseng combined with montmorillonite powder treatment,compared the two groups of clinical treatment effect and the changes of treatment indicators. ResultsThe total effective rate of the study group was 93.62%,significantly higher than that of the reference group(76.60%,P<0.05). Hypothermia time,fecal recovery time and antidiarrheal time in the study group were superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of ginseng combined with montmorillonite powder is excellent for the patients with recurrent infantile diarrhea.
