基于GE Vivid E9超声多普勒心动图对退行性心脏瓣膜病发病的相关因素分析

Analysis of Related Factors of Degenerative Valvular Disease Onset Based on GE Vivid E9 Doppler Echocardiography

目的基于GE Vivid E9超声多普勒心动图显像特点分析老年退行性心脏瓣膜病与患者发病的相关因素。方法选取本院收治的450例60～88岁老年人的超声多普勒心动图及临床资料。经GEVividE9超声多普勒心动图诊断为老年退行性心脏瓣膜病的患者为110例,分析超声多普勒诊断老年退行性瓣膜病的显像特点与患者临床发病因素的关系。结果 450例老年人发生退行性心脏瓣膜病发病率为24.4%,发病率随着年龄增加。单纯主动脉瓣发病率显著高于主动脉瓣联合二尖瓣及单纯二尖瓣(P <0.05),单纯主动脉瓣发病率随患者年龄增加。患有冠心病、脑卒中、糖尿病、高血脂的患者发生老年退行性心脏瓣膜病发病率较高。结论?老年退行性心脏瓣膜病在临床中主要以主动脉瓣病较为常见,临床发病率与患者年龄、有无高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、高血脂等具有一定相关性。

Objective To analyze the related factors in elderly patients with degenerative valvular heart disease onset based on GE Vivid E9 echocardiography. Methods A total of 450 elderly patients aged 60 to 88 years were selected and their clinical data were analyzed by Doppler echocardiography. There were 110 cases of senile degenerative valvular disease diagnosed by GE Vivid E9 Doppler echocardiography. The relationship between the imaging characteristics and the clinical factors of senile degenerative valvular disease was analyzed. Results The incidence of degenerative heart valvular disease in 450 elderly patients was 24.4%,and the incidence increased with age. The incidence of simple aortic valve was significantly higher than that of combined mitral valve and simple mitral valve(P<0.05). The incidence of simple aortic valve increased with age. The incidence of senile degenerative heart valvular disease is higher in patients with coronary heart disease,stroke,diabetes mellitus and hyperlipemia. Conclusion Aortic valve disease is the most common disease in elderly patients with degenerative heart valvular disease. The incidence of aortic valve disease is related to age,hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia.
