分层管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用

Application of Hierarchical Management in Nursing Management of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department

目的研究分层管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的100例妇产科患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和分层组,各50例。常规组应用常规管理,分层组应用分层管理,对比两组干预效果。结果分层组基础护理、专科护理、危重患者护理、病房管理的评分均显著高于常规组(P <0.05);分层组的护理不安全事件发生率为2.00%,显著低于常规组(10.00%,P <0.05);分层组的护理满意度为98.00%,显著高于常规组(86.00%,P <0.05)。结论分层管理在妇产科护理管理中的运用效果理想,可大大提升护理服务质量及护理满意度,降低护理不安全事件发生率。

Objective To study the application effect of hierarchical management in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods A total of 100 patients with gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital were divided into conventional group and stratified group. Conventional management was applied in the conventional group,and layered management was applied in the stratified group,and the intervention effects were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of basic nursing,specialty nursing,critical patients nursing and ward management in stratified group were higher than those in conventional group(P <0.05). The incidence of unsafe nursing events in stratified group(2.00%)was significantly lower than that in conventional group(10.00%,P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of stratified group(98.00%)was higher than that of conventional group(86.00%,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of stratified management in the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology is ideal,which can greatly improve the quality of nursing service and the satisfaction of nursing,and reduce the incidence of unsafe nursing events.
