摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在剖宫产手术护理中的应用价值。方法选取本院收治的76例剖宫产手术护理患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各38例。其中对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组护理总满意率、治疗总有效率、SAS评分、SDS评分等均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在剖宫产手术护理中实施舒适护理疗效极佳,有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of comfortable nursing in the nursing of cesarean section operating room. Methods A total of 76 patients with cesarean section operating room admitted to our hospital were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups according to the patient’s willingness to care and random number table,38 cases in each group. The control group received routine care,and the observation group used comfortable nursing. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the total satisfaction rate,total treatment efficiency,SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly better than the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comfortable nursing in the cesarean section operating room is very effective and has good clinical application value and promotion value.
