直肠癌术后结肠造口的护理效果观察

Observation on Nursing Effect of Postoperative Colostomy of Rectal Cancer

目的观察直肠癌术后结肠造口患者的护理效果。方法选取本院收治的106例直肠癌术后结肠造口患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各53例。观察组采用综合护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预。比较两组患者的临床护理满意度。结果观察组患者临床护理满意度显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对直肠癌术后结肠造口患者应用综合护理干预,可显著提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of postoperative colostomy patients with rectal cancer. Methods A total of 106 patients with postoperative colostomy in our hospital were selected as clinical study subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group(53 cases)and control group(53 cases). The observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group adopted routine nursing intervention. To compare the satisfaction of clinical nursing between the two groups. Results The clinical nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group after comprehensive nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention to postoperative colostomy patients with rectal cancer can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
