经肛门吻合器直肠部分切除吻合术治疗直肠脱垂的临床疗效

Effect of Anal Stapling Anastomosis of Colon Resection Treatment for Rectal Prolapse

目的探讨经肛门吻合器直肠部分切除吻合术治疗直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的90例Ⅰ、Ⅱ度直肠脱垂患者,根据患者治疗意愿分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组进行传统手术,观察组进行经肛门吻合器直肠部分切除吻合术。比较两组患者的术后各项指标。结果观察组直肠脱垂疗效、疼痛的程度、生活质量的平均分值、手术的出血量、手术后住院时间、并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论直肠脱垂患者行经肛门吻合器直肠部分切除吻合术可有效改善患者的病情,减轻疼痛水平,提高患者生活质量,且手术的创伤更轻。

Objective To explore the effect of anal stapling anastomosis of colon resection treatment on rectal prolapse. Methods A total of 90 cases of rectal prolapse admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the treatment intention of the patients,with 45 cases each. The control group underwent conventional surgery and the observation group underwent partial resection and anastomosis with an anal anastomat. The postoperative indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the efficacy of rectal prolapse,the degree of pain,the average score of quality of life,the amount of bleeding after surgery,the median number of hospitalizations after surgery,as well as and the complications rate(P<0.05). Conclusion Partial resection and anastomosis of rectal prolapse by transanal stapling device is very effective in improving the patient’s symptoms,reducing the level of pain and improving the quality of life.
