冬病夏治穴位敷贴治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Winter-Disease-Treated-in-Summer Acupoint Application on Repeated Respiratory Infection

目的观察冬病夏治穴位敷贴治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法选取本院收治的95例反复呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,均在每年的三伏天给予患儿本院自制膏贴进行穴位贴敷,共治疗3年,观察治疗前后患儿的疗效、临床症状及其免疫功能变化情况。结果与穴位贴敷干预第1年比较,第2、3年的临床总疗效均明显升高(P <0.05);贴敷3年后,患儿上呼吸道感染、下呼吸道感染的发作次数及发作程度均显著少于贴敷前(P <0.05);贴敷后,患儿血清IgA、IgM、IgG水平均显著高于贴敷前(P <0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位敷贴治疗反复呼吸道感染效果显著,能够有效降低呼吸道感染发作次数及发作程度,并且能够提高患儿的免疫功能,改善其预后。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of winter-disease-treated-in-summer acupoint application on repeated respiratory infection in children. Methods Ninety-five cases of recurrent respiratory tract infection in our hospital were selected as research subjects. They were treated with acupoint application every year on dog days,and they were treated for 3 years. The curative effect,clinical symptoms and immune function of children before and after treatment were compared. Results Compared with the first year of acupoint application,the total clinical efficacy in the second and third years was significantly higher(P<0.05). After 3 years of application,the frequency and degree of attack of upper respiratory tract infection and lower respiratory tract infection were significantly less than those before application(P<0.05). The serum levels of IgA,IgM and IgG were significantly higher than those before application(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of acupoint application on recurrent respiratory infection in the treatment of winter-disease-treated-in-summer is significant,it can effectively reduce the frequency of respiratory infection,and improve the immune function of children with repeated respiratory infection.
