盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎的疗效观察

Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride on Children with Pneumonia

目的观察盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法选取本院收治的58例肺炎患儿为研究对象,以双盲法分为两组,各29例。对照组给予常规方法治疗,观察组给予常规方法 +盐酸氨溴索治疗。比较分析两组患儿的临床治疗情况。结果观察组患儿发热(2.09±1.45)d、咳嗽(3.65±1.04)d、咳痰(3.12±1.15)d以及喘息性呼吸困难(4.86±1.30)d消失时间均显著短于对照组(5.24±1.37)d、(8.59±1.53)d、(7.45±1.27)d、(7.58±1.47)d(P <0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(96.55%vs. 75.86%,χ2=7.1536,P <0.05)。结论肺炎患儿接受常规治疗的同时加以盐酸氨溴索的效果优于单纯常规治疗。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with pneumonia. Methods A total of 58 cases of pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine method,and the observation group was treated with routine method plus ambroxol hydrochloride. The clinical treatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group,fever(2.09±1.45 d),cough(3.65±1.04 d),cough(3.12±1.15 d),and wheezing dyspnea(4.86±1.30 d)were all significantly shorter as compared with the control group(5.24±1.37,8.59±1.53,7.45±1.27,7.58±1.47 d,respectively,all P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of ambroxol hydrochloride was better than that of conventional treatment in children with pneumonia.
