摘要
目的观察鼻内镜治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎患者的疗效。方法选取本院收治的50例老年慢性鼻窦炎患者,随机分成两组,各25例。常规组实施常规药物治疗,治疗组实施鼻内镜治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后治疗组的住院时间、并发症发生率及半年内复发率显著低于对照组,治疗显效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论老年慢性鼻窦炎患者实施鼻内镜治疗疗效优于常规药物治疗,且安全性较高。
Objective To observe the effect of nasal endoscopy in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic sinusitis. Methods Fifty patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital were enrolled in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional drug therapy. The treatment group were treated with endoscopic treatment. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The time of hospitalization,the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate within half a year in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the treatment efficiency was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic treatment for elderly patients with chronic sinusitis is effective and safe.
