甲状腺全切除术治疗甲状腺癌的疗效

Effect of Total Thyroidectomy in Treatment of Thyroid Carcinoma

目的观察甲状腺全切除手术治疗甲状腺癌的效果。方法选取云南省曲靖市第一人民医院120例甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,所有患者均实施甲状腺全切除手术,观察并统计甲状腺全切除手术的临床有效率、不良事件发生率及术后6个月内生存率。结果 6个月随访调查结果显示,手术未对患者甲状腺长期性功能造成严重损伤;行甲状腺全切除手术后,仅少数患者症状未在6个月内好转,临床有效率94.17%。结论甲状腺全切除手术在可在短期内控制甲状腺癌患者病情、改善患者症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of total thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid carcinoma. Methods A total of 120 patients with thyroid carcinoma were selected in our hospital. All patients underwent total thyroidectomy. The clinical efficiency,incidence of adverse events and survival rate within 6 months after total thyroidectomy were observed and counted. Results The results of 6-month follow-up showed that the operation did not cause serious injury to long-term thyroid function. After total thyroidectomy,only a few patients’ symptoms did not improve within 6 months. The clinical effective rate was 94.17%. Conclusion Total thyroidectomy can control the condition of thyroid cancer patients in a short period of time,improve their symptoms and improve their quality of life.
