64层螺旋CT在肺结节诊断中的应用

Application of 64-Slice Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Pulmonary Nodules

目的分析64层螺旋CT在肺结节诊断中的应用。方法纳入本院临床检查确诊为肺结节疾病的30例患者进行分析研究,其中肺癌患者11例,结核球患者13例,炎性结节患者6例,选用西门子64层螺旋CT进行扫描检查,观察图像结果进行诊断和分析。结果患者结节注射对比剂之前,CT扫描结果比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);在注射对比剂后,3种不同类型的结节的最大增强CT随着时间的推移而发生改变。肺癌患者结节大部分出现均匀强化,结核球无明显强化,炎性结节表现为边缘强化,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 64层螺旋CT容积扫描在肺内结节诊断和鉴别中都有一定的价值,对肺内孤立型小结节的诊断也起到指导效果。

Objective To analyze the application of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules. Methods Thirty patients diagnosed with pulmonary nodules by clinical examination in our hospital were selected for analysis,including 11 patients with lung cancer,13 patients with tuberculosis and 6 patients with inflammatory nodules. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the CT scan resultsbefore the injection of contrast agent(P>0.05). After the injection of contrast agent,the maximum enhanced CT of three different types of nodules changed over time. The majority of nodules in patients with lung cancer showed uniform enhancement,while nodules were not significantly enhanced,while the inflammatory nodules showed marginal enhancement,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The 64-slice spiral CT volume scanning is of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary nodules,and also plays a guiding role in the diagnosis of isolated pulmonary nodules.
