摘要
目的观察整体护理对十二指肠溃疡患者护理质量的影响。方法纳入本院收治的60例十二指肠溃疡患者为研究对象,采用双盲随机法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采取常规护理措施护理,观察组在此基础上采取整体护理措施护理。比较分析两组护理质量包括护理满意、诊区管理、服务态度、服务规范等项目评分情况。结果观察组护理满意、诊区管理、服务态度、服务规范等护理质量评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论整体护理能显著提高十二指肠溃疡患者的护理质量和护理满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of holistic nursing on the nursing quality of duodenal ulcer patients. Methods Sixty patients with duodenal ulcer in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by double-blind randomization,each 30 cases. In the control group,routine nursing measures were adopted,and in the observation group,holistic nursing measures were adopted. The nursing quality of the two groups was compared and analyzed including nursing satisfaction,diagnosis area management,service attitude and service standard. Conclusion Holistic nursing can significantly improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction of patients with duodenal ulcer.
