评判式思维在急诊护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨急诊护理教学过程中应用评判式思维的护理教学效果。方法收集本院急诊科132名护生作为研究对象,按照入学先后顺序将其分为两组。先进入科室实习的65名护生作为对照组,在常规教学模式下完成学习。后进入科室实习的67名护生作为实验组,在具有评判式思维的教学方法下完成学习,包括情景模拟反思教学、基于问题的教学等。对比两组护生的急诊护理考核成绩以及对教学方法的评价。结果考核结果显示实验组护生的理论和技术操作成绩均高于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组护生对评判式思维教学的评价整体高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论急诊护理教学应用评判式思维教学方法可取得更好地教学效果。 Objective To explore the effect of nursing thinking teaching with critical thinking in the process of emergency nursing teaching. Methods A total of 132 nursing students were selected as study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the order of enrollment. The 65 nursing students who first entered the departmental internship were used as the control group and completed the study in the regular teaching mode;67 nursing students completed the study under the teaching method of critical thinking,including scenario simulation teaching and problem-based teaching were classified into the experimental group. The results of the emergency nursing assessment and the evaluation of the teaching methods were compared between the two groups of nursing students. Results The results of the examination showed that the theoretical and technical operation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The evaluation of the evaluation thinking teaching in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The critical thinking teaching method of emergency nursing teaching can achieve better teaching results.
