循证护理在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用效果

Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Patients

目的分析循证护理在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的126例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,运用随机分组的方式将患者分为观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组患者的基础上采用循证护理。比较两组患者的空腹血糖、正中神经MNCV与SNCN。结果干预后观察组患者的各项指标显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论循证护理的运用能够有效的改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者空腹血糖与病变状况。

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 126 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted and treated in our hospital were selected,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly,with 63 patients each. Routine nursing was used in the control group and evidence-based nursing was used in the observation group on the basis of control group intervention. Fasting blood glucose,median nerve MNCV and SNCN were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention,the indexes of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the condition of fasting blood glucose and lesions of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
