肠梗阻患者围手术期护理的效果观察

Observation of Perioperative Nursing Effect in Patients with Intestinal Obstruction

目的观察肠梗阻患者围手术期护理的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年1月至2016年12月普外科收治50例肠梗阻患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组25例,其中对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用围手术期护理方法。护理期结束后,对比两组手术时间、手术方式以及术后并发生症的发生率。结果两组手术时间与手术方式对比无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生概率20%,显著低于对照组60%(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理方法相比,对肠梗阻患者进行围手术期护理可大幅度降低术后并发症的发生率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of perioperative nursing in patients with intestinal obstruction. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016,50 patients with intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group. The control group adopted the routine nursing method and the observation group adopted the perioperative nursing method. At the end of the nursing period,the time of operation,the way of operation and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 20%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 60%(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing methods,perioperative nursing for patients with intestinal obstruction can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
