中老年男性前列腺增生患者前列腺体积与最大尿流率的相关性分析

Study of Correlation Between Prostate Volume and Maximal Uroflow Rate in Middle-Aaged and Elderly Male Patients with Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的分析中老年男性前列腺体积与最大尿流率之间的相关性。方法选取本院2014年5月至2017年5月收治的350例前列增生患者,分析前列腺体积与最大尿流率之间的相关性。结果从整体上来看,前例腺体积与最大尿流率之间不存在相关性,分层结果显示,前列腺体积≥20 mL或<20 mL,与最大尿流率之间均不存在显著相关性。结论男性前列腺体积与最大尿流率之间不存在相关性,在前例腺增生的临床诊断中两者关系不具有参考价值。

Objective To analyze the correlation between prostate volume and maximal uroflow rate in middle-aged and elderly men. Methods A total of 350 patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 were analyzed to determine whether there was a correlation between prostate volume and maximal uroflow rate. Results Overall,there was no correlation between the anterior gland volume and the maximal uroflow rate. The stratified Results showed that there was no significant correlation between the prostate volume≥ 20 mL or<20 mL and the maximum urinary flow rate. Conclusion There is no correlation between the male prostate volume and the maximum urinary flow rate,and it is of no reference value in the clinical diagnosis of adenomatous hyperplasia.
