医护一体化护理模式对扁桃体切除术患者术后疼痛的影响

Analysis of Health Care Integration Nursing on Postoperative Pain in Patients Undergoing Tonsillectomy

目的探讨医护一体化护理模式对扁桃体切除术患者术后疼痛的影响。方法纳入2016年1月至2017年4月50例扁桃体切除术患者,以数字表法分为两组。对照组采用常规的护理模式,观察组采用医护一体化护理模式。对比两组的护理满意度、疼痛评分、睡眠评分、切口愈合时间及住院时间。结果观察组扁桃体切除术护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术过程疼痛程度、术后疼痛持续时间、术后应用止痛药次数均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组疼痛VAS评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组切口平均痊愈时间、术后总住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理模式对扁桃体切除术患者术后疼痛有明显的缓解作用,可减轻术后疼痛程度。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated health nursing model on the pain of patients after tonsillectomy. Methods From January 2016 to April 2017,50 patients with tonsillectomy were divided into two groups by numerical method. The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode,and the observation group adopted the integrated nursing mode. Nursing satisfaction,pain score,sleep score,incision healing time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction degree of tonsillectomy nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The pain degree,the duration of postoperative pain and the number of painkillers in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention,the pain VAS score and Pittsburgh sleep quality score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The average healing time and total hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The integrated nursing mode has obvious relieving effect on the postoperative pain of tonsillectomy patients,which could reduce the degree of postoperative pain.
