摘要 目的观察骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者接受PKP治疗效果。方法回顾性分析骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者资料100例,根据治疗方式的不同对其进行分组,对照组接受PVP治疗,研究组接受PKP治疗,手术后随访1年,比较两组的视觉模拟评分、骨水泥渗漏率。结果两组患者全部顺利完成手术治疗,随访1年后,两组患者手术之后的视觉模拟疼痛评分与手术之前比较存在显著差异;研究组骨水泥渗漏率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者采取PKP治疗效果理想。 Objective To observe the specific Methods and therapeutic effects of PKP treatment for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods The data of 100 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture were analyzed retrospectively. According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with PVP,the study group was treated with PKP,and the patients were followed up for 1 year. Results Two groups of patients all successfully completed surgery. After 1 year of follow-up,there was significant difference in visual analogue pain score between the two groups after operation compared with that before operation. The leakage rate of bone cement in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion PKP is ideal for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.
