糖尿病合并痈的中医外科治疗效果观察

Effect of Chinese Medicine Surgical Treatment in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Carbuncle

目的观察糖尿病合并痈的中医外科治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月20日至2016年12月20日在本院就诊的糖尿病合并痈患者30例为研究对象,其中对常规组单纯给予西医治疗,对实验组加用中医外科治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果实验组与常规组的治疗总有效率分别为93.33%与73.33%(P<0.05);实验组的住院时间明显短于常规组,并发症发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并痈患者给予中医外科治疗的应用效果显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine surgical treatment in patients with diabetes complicated with carbuncle. Methods A total of 30 patients(2016.1.20-2016.12.20)with diabetes and carbuncle were treated in our hospital. Among them,the conventional group was given Western medicine alone,and the experimental group was additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rates of the experimental group and the conventional group were 93.33% and 73.33%,respectively(P<0.05). The hospitalization time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine surgical treatment for diabetic patients with carbuncle is significant,which could obviously improve the clinical symptoms.
