摘要
目的探讨中药炮制方法对中药临床治疗效果的影响。方法以本院2015年4月至2017年5月收治的400例病患作为研究对象,各200例。对照组使用药物不经过炮制,观察组使用药物则均接受炮制处理。结果观察组治疗良好率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良反应率更低(P<0.05)。结论中药炮制有助于提高中药临床疗效,降低毒副反应。
Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine processing methods on its clinical application effect. Methods Totally 400 patients in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects,200 cases in each group. The control group used drugs without processing,and the observation group received medication. Results The good rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of Chinese medicine processing methods is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect of the clinical application of Chinese medicine and reduce the side effects.
