通痹汤治疗糖尿病并发末梢神经炎的疗效

Effect of Tongbi Decoction in Treatment of Diabetes Complicated with Peripheral Neuritis

目的观察分析通痹汤治疗糖尿病并发末梢神经炎的疗效。方法选取本院2014年1月至2017年1月收治的150例糖尿病并发末梢神经炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组接受通痹汤治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床疗效、感觉神经传导速度、综合满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通痹汤治疗糖尿病并发末梢神经炎疗效显著,能够有效改善患者感觉神经传导速度,无不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effect of Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuritis. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017,150 patients with diabetic peripheral neuritis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Tongbi Decoction. Results The clinical efficacy,sensory nerve conduction velocity and comprehensive satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Tongbi Decoction is effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuritis,which could effectively improve the speed of sensory nerve conduction without adverse reaction.
