针刺结合中药熏蒸治疗中风后肩痛

Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Herbal Fumigation for Treatment of Shoulder Pain after Apoplexy

目的研究分析针刺结合中药熏蒸治疗中风后肩痛(肩手综合征)的效果。方法选取70例2016年1月至2016年12月在本院诊治的中风后肩痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组使用常规康复治疗,观察组使用针刺结合中药熏蒸治疗。比较两组患者治疗后效果。结果观察组患者治疗后效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合中药熏蒸治疗中风后肩痛在临床治疗中效果显著。

Objective To study the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for treatment of shoulder pain after stroke(shoulder hand syndrome)effect. Methods Seventy patients with shoulder pain diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group. The control group used conventional rehabilitation treatment,the observation group used acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment. The treatmend effect of the two groups were compared. Results The patients in the observation group after the treatment effect was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has significant effect in treatment of shoulder pain after stroke.
