康妇消炎栓联合莫西沙星治疗盆腔炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Pelvic Inflammation with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository Combined with Moxifloxacin

目的观察康妇消炎栓联合莫西沙星对盆腔炎的疗效。方法选取100例盆腔炎患者,随机分为两组,各50例。常规组予以莫西沙星治疗,研究组予以莫西沙星联合康妇消炎栓治疗。观察对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组总体疗效98.00%,显著高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后盆腹腔疼痛评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论康妇消炎栓年联合莫西沙星治疗盆腔炎疗效确切。

Objective To observe Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with moxifloxacin for pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Totally 100 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases each. The conventional group was treated with moxifloxacin. The study group was treated with moxifloxacin and Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository. The treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The overall efficacy of the study group was 98.00%,significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). The pain score of the pelvic cavity was lower in the study group than in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with moxifloxacin are effective in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.
