摘要
抗菌药物的应用范围在不断扩展,随着药物的多次使用,逐渐产生药物敏感性降低的问题,因此需对满足PK/PD参数的抗菌药物治疗方案进行统筹性改良,从而降低抗菌药的耐药发生率。
The scope of application of antibiotics is continuously expanding. With the repeated use of drugs,there is a problem of drug susceptibility decreasing. Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively improve antibacterial drug treatment programs that meet PK/PD parameters,thereby reducing the resistance of antibacterial drugs.
