鼻内窥镜下改良式鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎

Treatment of Chronic Dacryocystitis with Modified Nasolacrimal Sac Anastomosis under Nasal Endoscope

目的观察鼻内窥镜下改良式鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年12月至2017年12月慢性泪囊炎患者102例,随机分为两组,各51例。观察组经鼻内窥镜下改良式鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗,对照组经常规手术治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(94.18%vs.78.43%,P<0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜下改良式鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎临床效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of modified nasolacrimal sac anastomosis in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017,102 patients with chronic dacryocystitis were randomly divided into two groups(51 cases each). The observation group was treated with modified nasolacrimal-dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope,and the control group was treated with routine operation. Clinical effect of the two groups were comapared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.18% vs. 78.43%,P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic dacryocystitis is a significant clinical effect in the treatment of modified nasolacrimal sac anastomosis by endoscope.
