心脏三节段分析法在超声系统诊断胎儿先天性心脏病中的应用

Application Value of Three-segment Cardiac Analysis in Diagnosis of Fetal Congenital Heart Disease by Ultrasound System

目的探究心脏三节段分析法在超声系统诊断胎儿先天性心脏病中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月来本院就诊的先天性心脏病的胎儿80例,分别为研究组和对照组,其中研究组患者在常规超声系统诊断的基础上采用心脏三节段分析法给予诊断;对照组患者常规超声系统诊断的方式。对比分析两组方法的诊断结果。结果对照组检测CHD的胎儿有37例;研究组检测CHD的胎儿有19例,对照组患者的检测准确率显著低于研究组患者;两组间对比有明显差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏三节段分析法在超声系统诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的临床诊断中,可对产后胎儿的救治工作具有重大意义,临床上值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore the value of three-segment analysis of heart in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease of fetus with ultrasound system. Methods Totally 80 fetuses with congenital heart disease who visited our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the study group and the reference group. The study group was divided into three groups based on the diagnosis of conventional ultrasound system Segmented analysis given diagnosis;reference group of patients with conventional ultrasound system diagnosis. Comparative analysis of two Methods of diagnosis. Results There were 37 fetuses with CHD in the control group. There were 19 fetuses with CHD in the study group,and the accuracy of CHD in the control group was significantly lower than that in the study group. There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The three-segment analysis of heart in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease in the clinical diagnosis of fetal postpartum fetal treatment work is of great significance clinically worthy of promotion and application.
