快速康复护理模式在老年髋部骨折患者中的应用

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Mode in Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture

目的探讨以血栓规范化管理及无痛关爱护理为基础的快速康复护理模式在老年髋部骨折患者中的临床效果。方法将200例患者按住院时间分为实验组和对照组,各100例。对照组实施优质护理服务,实验组在优质护理服务基础上采用快速康复护理模式,围手术期通过血栓规范化管理、无痛关爱护理、快速康复护理模式,观察两组患者平均住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生率、康复速度、满意度。结果实验组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),快速康复护理组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以血栓规范化管理、无痛关爱护理为基础,应用快速康复护理模式,使老年髋部骨折患者平均住院日明显缩短、住院费用降低、满意度提高、显著改善患者康复的速度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing model which based on standardized management of thrombus and painless care in senile patients with hip fracture. MethodsAccording to the time of hospitalization,200 patients were divided into experimental group and control group,each 100 cases. The control group implemented high-quality nursing service,and the rapid rehabilitation group adopted rapid rehabilitation nursing mode on the basis of high-quality nursing service,and observed the average hospitalization time,hospitalization expense,complication rate,rehabilitation speed and satisfaction degree of the patients in the two groups through standardized management of thrombus,painless care and rapid rehabilitation nursing mode. Results The rate of complication in patients in rapid rehabilitation group was significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05),patients in rapid rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Based on the standardized management of thrombosis and painless care and the rapid rehabilitation nursing model was applied to reduce the average hospital stay in elderly patients with hip fracture. The hospitalization cost was reduced and the satisfaction was improved. The speed of rehabilitation was significantly improved.
