优质护理服务体系在恶性肿瘤护理管理中的应用

Application of High-Quality Nursing Service System in Nursing Management of Malignant Tumor

目的分析和研究优质护理服务体系在恶性肿瘤护理管理中的应用价值。方法将本院在2015年6月至2017年6月收治的136例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照患者护理方式的不同将其分成对照组和研究组,各68例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以优质护理,对比两组并发症的发生率及患者对护理的满意度。结果研究组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(79.41%vs 98.53%,P<0.05),并发症发生率显著低于对照组(2.94%vs 23.53%,P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤护理管理中应用优质护理服务体系具有良好的效果。

Objective To analyze and study the value of quality nursing service system in the management of malignant tumor. Methods A total of 136 patients with malignant tumors admitted from June 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were divided into the control group and the study group according to the different nursing modes of patients,with 68 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care,the study group was given high-quality nursing care,and the incidence of complications and patients' satisfaction with nursing care were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.41% vs. 98.53%,P<0.05),and the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(2.94% vs. 23.53%,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality nursing service system in the management of malignant tumor has good nursing effect.
