人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的效果

Effect of Humanized Nursing in Nursing of Elderly Patients with Lower Limbs Fracture in Operation Room

目的研究人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的下肢骨折老年患者86例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例,对照组手术室护理中给予常规护理,观察组在手术室护理中实施个性化护理,对比两组手术成功率、手术时间及疼痛评分。结果观察组手术时间、手术成功率、术中疼痛评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年下肢骨折手术室护理中应用人性化护理可有效缩短手术时间,减轻患者疼痛,提高手术成功率,值得推广。

Objective To study the value of humanized nursing in the nursing of the elderly patients with lower extremity fracture in operation room. Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with lower limb fracture were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group,43 patients in each group. The control group were given routine nursing care and in the observation group,individual nursing care was performed. The success rate,operation time and pain score were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time,the success rate and the pain score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in operation room nursing for elderly patients with lower limb fracture could effectively shorten the operation time,relieve pain and improve the success rate of operation,which is worthy of promotion.
