妊娠期呼吸道感染患者的护理体会

Nursing Experience for Pregnancy Patients with Respiratory Tract Infection

目的总结妊娠期呼吸道感染患者的护理体会。方法回顾性分析40例妊娠期呼吸道感染患者的护理资料。结果 40例患者中治愈16例,平均住院天数5.4天,平均年龄28.3岁,孕龄142.5天;好转23例,平均住院天数5.1天,平均年龄28.2岁,孕龄146.7天;未治1例,24 h出入院,年龄22岁,孕龄168天。结论根据病情变化采取有效的护理措施及健康宣教,能提高妊娠期呼吸道感染患者的治疗效果和生活质量,促进患者康复。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of patients with respiratory tract infection during pregnancy. Methods The nursing data of 40 cases of respiratory tract infection in pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 40 cases,16 cases were cured,the average hospitalization days were 5.4 days,the average age was 28.3 years and the gestational age was 142.5 days. The average hospital stay was 5.1 days. The average age was 28.2 years. The gestational age was 146.7 days. One patient,24 hours old and 168 days old,was admitted to the hospital. Conclusion Effective nursing measures and health education can improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients with respiratory tract infection during pregnancy and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
