舒适护理在肛裂术后的应用

Effect of Comfortable Nursing After Anal Fissure Surgery

目的探究舒适护理在肛裂术后的应用效果。方法选取本院自2015年12月至2017年12月收治的100例肛裂患者作为对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者的排便情况明显好于对照组患者的排便情况,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的平均住院天数、并发症发生情况均显著优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于肛裂术后可明显改善患者的排便情况,减少患者的不适感及并发症。

Objective To explore the value of comfortable nursing after anal fissure surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with anal fissure treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50). The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given comfort nursing. Nursing effects were compared between groups. ResultsThe defecation in observation group was significantly better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The average length of stay and complication in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing to anal fissure could obviously improve the defecation of patients,reduce the discomfort and complications of patients and improve the nursing satisfaction.
