系统性护理干预胸腔闭式引流治疗胸腔积液的效果

Effect of Systemic Nursing Intervention in Treatment of Pleural Effusion with Closed Thoracic Drainage

目的探讨系统性护理干预在胸腔闭式引流治疗胸腔积液中的应用效果。方法选取本院74例胸腔积液患者为研究对象,所有患者均行胸腔闭式引流治疗,根据就诊顺序将入选者分为对照组和研究组。对照组患者给予传统的临床护理,研究组患者在此基础上给予系统性护理干预,比较两组患者的干预效果。结果干预后研究组患者的引流时间、日平均引流量及并发症发生率均显著少于对照组,护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统性护理干预在胸腔闭式引流治疗胸腔积液护理中具有重要应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention in the treatment of pleural effusion with closed thoracic drainage. Methods Seventy-four patients with pleural effusion in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated by closed thoracic drainage. According to the order of treatment,they were divided into control group and research group. The control group was given traditional clinical nursing,the study group was given systematic nursing intervention on the basis of traditional nursing. The intervention effect of the two groups was compared. Results After intervention,the drainage time,daily average drainage volume and incidence of complications in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group,and the satisfaction rate of nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention has important application value in the treatment of pleural effusion by closed thoracic drainage.
