摘要
目的探讨寻常型天疱疮患者临床护理方案以及护理效果。方法选取本院2017年3月至2017年12月接收的60例寻常型天疱疮患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,分别实施常规护理和系统护理。对比两组寻常型天疱疮患者实施护理方案后的并发症发生率和住院时间。结果观察组寻常型天疱疮患者的并发症发生率和住院时间均较对照组患者缩短(P<0.05)。结论对寻常型天疱疮患者实施系统护理可有效减少并发症发生率并缩短住院时间。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing plan and nursing effect in patients with pemphigus vulgaris. Methods A total of 60 patients with pemphigus vulgaris from March 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 patients each. Conventional and systematic nursing plans were given to the two groups respectively. The incidence of complications and the length of stay in hospital were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications and the time of hospitalization in the patients with pemphigus vulgaris were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing for patients with pemphigus vulgaris can effectively reduce the incidence and shorten the length of hospital stay.
