长治地区1～7岁健康儿童血细胞参数参考范围的建立

Establishment of Reference Range of Blood Cell Parameters of Healthy Children Aged 1～7 Years in Changzhi Area

目的探讨长治地区1~7岁健康儿童血细胞参数参考范围的建立。方法随机选取2016年5月至2017年5月来本院进行健康体检的长治地区1~7岁健康儿童4000例,运用Sysmex XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪(希森美康)及原装配套试剂、校准品及质控品进行血常规检查,对不同性别、年龄儿童的血细胞参数进行统计分析。结果不同年龄儿童的WBC、HCT、Hb之间的差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论长治地区1~7岁健康儿童血细胞参数参考范围的建立应依据儿童年龄,值得临床充分重视。

Objective To investigate the reference range of blood cell parameters in healthy children aged 1~7 years in Changzhi area. Methods A total of 4000 healthy children aged 1~7 years from Changzhi area who came to our hospital for health examination from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly selected. Sysmex XE-2100 automatic hematology analyzer(Hsimei Meikang)and original matching reagents,Calibrators and controls for blood tests were used to analyzed blood cell parameters of different gender,age children. Results The differences of white blood cell,red blood cell specific volume,and hemoglobin between children of different ages were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The establishment of reference range of blood cells in healthy children aged 1~7 in Changzhi should be based on the age of children and deserve clinical attention.
