决明降脂袋泡茶治疗血脂异常病前状态的临床研究

Clinical Study of Jueming Jiangzhi Teabag in Treatment of Precondition of Dyslipidemia

目的观察决明降脂袋泡茶治疗血脂异常病前状态的临床效果。方法将90例患者随机分为正常组(A组)、脂必妥组(B组)和决明降脂袋泡茶组(C组),每组30例。A组通过饮食、运动、情志,药膳调整;B组在A组的基础上加用脂必妥口服;C在A组的基础上加用决明降脂袋泡茶治疗。比较3组患者治疗前后的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血浆黏度。结果 3组患者治疗前总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血浆黏度比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后3组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血浆黏度含量均有所下降,C组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血浆黏度含量显著低于A、B组(P <0.05)。结论决明降脂袋泡茶可促进患者血脂水平恢复正常,有利于患者治疗后的康复。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jueming Jiangzhi Teabag on the treatment of dyslipidemia precondition. Methods Ninety patients were randomly divided into normal group(group A),Zhibituo group(group B)and Jueming Jiangzhi Teabag group(group C),30 cases in each group. Group A was adjusted by diet,exercise,emotion and medicated diet;group B was given Zhibitao Tablets on the basis of normal group;group C was treated with Jueming Jiangzhi Teabag on the basis of normal group. The total cholesterol,triglyceride and plasma viscosity before and after treatment were compared between the three groups. Results There was no difference in total cholesterol,triglyceride and plasma viscosity between the three groups(P>0.05). The total cholesterol,triglyceride and plasma viscosity decreased in the three groups after treatment,and the total cholesterol,triglyceride and plasma viscosity in the C group were significantly lower than those of groups A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion Jueming Jiangzhi Teabag could promote the recovery of blood lipid levels,and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
